CloPeMa Robot Source Code releases

The CloPeMa robot is operated using Robot Operating System (ROS). The source code is therefore in form of ROS node packages and the public releases can be found http://clopema.felk.cvut.cz/gitweb. There is also documentation about the robot installment and taken in operation  available at http://clopema.felk.cvut.cz/redmine/projects/clopema/documents.

CloPeMa acceleration Glasgow Vector Pascal compiler for Xeon Phi

An Alpha version of the Glasgow Vector Pascal compiler for Xeon Phi has been released on SourceForge (https://sourceforge.net/projects/vectorpascalcom/files/?source=navbar). The compiler works as a cross compiler on the host machine. It requires to have the Intel MPSS package installed and the set-up of a pair of symbolic links on the PATH to the MIC assembler and MIC gcc compilers. At present it supports multi-core operations but does not yet exploit the new MIC SIMD instructions.

Glasgow’s Stereo Image Database of Garments

Glasgow Stereo Image Database of Garments

Glasgow Stereo Image Database of Garments

The Glasgow Stereo Image Database of Garments is a collection of 80 stereo-pair colour images of garments with corresponding horizontal and vertical disparity maps and mask annotations. This database is based on 16 different off-the-shelve garments. Each garment has been imaged in five different pose configurations using the CloPeMa active binocular robot head. The aim of this database is to serve as a benchmark tool for algorithms for recognition, segmentation and various range image properties of non-rigid objects. This stereo image database is part of a collection of databases published under the EU-FP7 Clothes, Perception and Manipulation (CloPeMa) project (www.clopema.eu).

It is publicly available for download at http://sites.google.com/site/ugstereodatabase/.

CERTH Color Image Dataset of Folded Garments

This dataset consists of colour images of folded garments. The dataset is designed for testing and benchmarking of various computer vision algorithms. That might include cloth segmentation, garment recognition, model fitting and fold detection. Manually annotated ground truth is also provided.

It is publicly available for download at http://filemare.com/en-gb/browse/clopema.iti.gr/CERTH_folded_clothes_database.

CTU Color and Depth Image Dataset of Spread Garments

This publicly available benchmark dataset is itended for testing and evaluating of garment segmentation, recognition and folding algorithms. The dataset is free for research and educational purposes and can be used in scientific publications at the condition of respecting the requested citation acknowledgment.

It is publicly available for download at http://clopema.felk.cvut.cz/public_data.html.
